Where we ship

We ship to the UK and to the countries available at checkout. Every order ships with a tracking number.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Tracked delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.

As soon as your order ships we email you the tracking number. You can also follow it on our order tracking page.

Customs and taxes

Prices and taxes are shown at checkout in your local currency. For some destinations local import charges may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
