Returns & refunds
We want you to love your VELOURE styler. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns are free: we cover the return shipping cost, so you get your money back in full.
Conditions
- The styler and all attachments must be returned clean, complete and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, items must be in a resaleable condition.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and keep your proof of postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Faulty or damaged items
If your styler arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video, and we will replace it or refund you.
Your statutory rights
If you live in the UK or the European Union, nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including your right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days.
